About Us

We are a family owned and operated shave ice catering business based in Long Beach, CA. You can find us at Riviera Village, CSUF, and CSULB Farmers Markets. We are also available for pop up events and catering.

Water Cake was coined by our son when he was 3 years old after experiencing shave ice for the first time in Hawaii. We wanted to bring back a little taste of the islands to the South Bay.

Our syrups are sourced from Hawaii and made of pure cane sugar. We also offer a snow cap topping and an optional ice cream base with vegan options.
